How Reconstruction Works
After the initial damage has been mitigated and the property has been stabilized, a Star 1 MS Restoration team member will create a Repair Estimate and submit it for approval. This estimate will outline the scope of work that needs to be done to fully restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
Once the approval has been received, our project manager will schedule a property walk-through to gather any additional information that is needed to scope the project and create a timeline for the work. During this walk-through, the project manager will assess the damage, discuss any potential issues or challenges that may arise, and answer any questions you may have about the restoration process. Once all parties have agreed on a start date, the reconstruction process will begin.
